The Sausage Pen Holder draws inspiration from Erwin Wurm's "Abstract Sculptures" and his use of the sausage motif in his art. He employs everyday objects and incorporates them into his art, giving a new significance to ordinary items and transforming them into artworks. The pen holder, designed to resemble a sausage, redefines an object that typically holds a specific function for us, giving it an entirely different purpose and, in turn, a new meaning, akin to the transformative nature of Erwin Wurm's sculptures.
